The cancellation policy is in effect once online registration is submitted. Should cancellation be necessary, it must be submitted in writing by Email. Refunds, less a cancellation fee of 15% of course fee paid, will be issued up to ten (10) business days prior to the start of the course. Cancellation received after April 24, 2023 is non-refundable.
